Job Description Job Description Part-Time QuickBooks Accountant – Homeowners Association (Granbury, TX) We are seeking an experienced part-time accounting professional with strong QuickBooks expertise to manage and prepare financial statements for a 60-owner Homeowners Association. Responsibilities include: · • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable · • Maintaining the general ledger · • Performing monthly bank reconciliations · • Preparing accurate financial statements and reports for board review · • Assisting with budget tracking and vendor payments Qualifications: · • Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) · • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles · • Experience with HOA or property management accounting preferred · • Strong organizational and communication skills · • Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines Position Details: · • Part-time, flexible schedule · • Remote or local (Granbury area) · • Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in producing accurate financials, we’d love to hear from you.
