Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Houston area to identify a Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional looking to contribute to financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Support month-end and year-end close processes Create variance analyses and management reports for leadership teams Develop ad hoc financial models and executive-level presentations Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and data analysis Support audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling Experience with ERP systems; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Why Consider This Opportunity?
