Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by efficiently handling order picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading tasks. Working within a small team, the associate contributes to maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work environment while performing physically demanding duties.

Responsibilities
Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
Manage shipping and receiving of goods efficiently
Load and unload shipments safely and promptly

Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
Knowledge of material handling and safety procedures
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform regular heavy lifting
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
Ability to work effectively within a small team (2-5 members)
