Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional rehabilitative care to patients with physical functioning disorders. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment interventions. Your role will be crucial in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.

• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and conferences
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
• Adhere to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• LTC or Rehab Experience required
• Active PTA license required
