Job Description:


- Position : Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care (Nursing)
- Start Date : NOVEMBER 23
- Location : Local opportunities available (Less than 75 miles)


Submission Requirements:
- Up to date resume with:
- 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU
- Documented travel experience
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Valid driver's license with address that matches demographics
- Current certifications:
- AHA BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- NURSYS Report for license verification:
- ACTIVE NY License & ALL RN licenses
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission
- EMR Experience Required: EPIC

Unit Details:
- Unit : Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
- Shift : 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Block Scheduling is provided but not guaranteed
- Floating Required : Yes
- Scrub Color : Navy Blue

- Neuro
- Cardiac
- Trauma
- Respiratory issues: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post-operative care
- Specialty Equipment :
- Temp pacer
- Chest tubes
- A lines
- Bipap
- Neptune Vapo
- Ventilators :
- Yes, chronic vents (unable to wean) with RT assistance
- Patient Demographics :
- Ages 18 years to adults
- Capacity : 64 beds with 15 designated Neuro beds
