Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.REQUIREMENTSMinimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive driven or relational selling environment; demonstrated performance in meeting and exceeding performance goalsMinimum of six months cash handling experience in a retail sales environmentAbility to generate referrals including making on site visits with local businessesAbility to work effectively as a team member and with customersStrong work ethic and high integrityProficient with all Microsoft applicationsFriendly, outgoing, confident, assertive and enthusiastic personalityMust demonstrate a business professional image and demeanorMust be able to communicate professionally verbally and in writingMust be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environmentPREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSSuccessful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank products and servicesBilingual (fluent Spanish)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant use of computer screensAbility to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouchingAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)Hometown service, statewide strength.
