Responsibilities/Duties:
- Welcome all guests in our restaurant with a warm and inviting demeanor
- Work closely with other baristas and MSCC staff to make all menu items as instructed
- Provide efficient and personal service to each and every customer
- Create unique relationships with guests by learning their names and favorite orders
- Stay informed on products and share knowledge with coworkers and guests
- Maintain the highest degree of quality and consistency in product standards
- Collect and process cash/charges using our POS system.
- Communicate with team members and management to solve problems
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- Use all supplies and equipment in safe, efficient and responsible manner
- Punch in and report to the Manager/Supervisor on Duty on time for every shift. Obtain manager's or supervisor's approval prior to punching out.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Reports To: General Manager
Desired Training/Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience as a Barista
Minimum Qualifications:
