Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Trust and Estate Attorney to join our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Trust and Estate Attorney to join a prestigious law firm, providing expert legal advice to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
• 2. Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
• 3. Representing clients in probate court and handling estate administration matters.
• 4. Conducting thorough legal research to ensure that our clients' estate plans are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• 5. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing our clients' estates.
• 6. Developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their estate planning needs are met.

Qualifications:

• 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Admission to the state bar.
• 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
• 4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
• 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 6. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• 8. A high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
• 9. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
