Marketing Operations Coordinator (Annuities)

Annuity Distribution | American National

Are you organized, detail-focused, and energized by keeping projects moving forward? We're looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support key initiatives within our Annuity Distribution team.

In this role, you'll help drive the successful execution of product launches, maintain critical marketing content, and ensure our field partners have the tools and information they need to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate product and system rollouts from start to finish, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely distribution
  • Review training materials, presentations, and field communications to identify gaps and recommend updates
  • Maintain and update forms, product information, and website content across internal and vendor platforms
  • Manage LMS-related vendor relationships and support suitability content to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with resolving illustration production issues by gathering details and routing requests to the appropriate teams
  • Organize and enhance marketing content across websites, agency tools, and vendor systems to improve usability for the field
Additional Opportunities to Contribute
  • Coordinate agency focus groups, including scheduling, agenda development, and preparation of materials
  • Support basic review of web and portal usage to identify opportunities to improve the user experience
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working across systems, tools, and vendor environments
