Business Analyst

Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology implementations, process improvements, operational workflow redesign, and reporting initiatives in Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Manage and clarify backlog requirements and project priorities.
• Support UAT, including test scripts, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder updates.
• Track project milestones, risks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 25 years of Business Analyst or related experience.
• Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce implementation, build, configuration, or administration experience.
• Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud experience.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Insurance and/or claims processing experience.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
