Job Description\n Uniti Med is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Alexandria, Louisiana.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Radiation Therapist\n Discipline: Allied Health Professional\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n \n Assignment Details:\n • $2,591–$2,686/week gross\n • Monday–Friday\n • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM\n • 13-week contract\n • ASAP start\n • No weekends\n • No call\n • No floating\n \n The department treats approximately 15–25 patients per day with two therapists assigned to each machine. Patient populations include oncology and osteoarthritis patients.\n \n Responsibilities include:\n • Administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments\n • Performing SBRT, IMRT and standard radiation therapy\n • Assisting with breath-hold treatments\n • Operating Trilogy and/or TrueBeam equipment\n • Maintaining accurate treatment records and operational reports\n • Providing safe, high-quality care based on each patient’s treatment plan\n \n Requirements:\n • Associate degree\n • Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy, ARRT(T)\n • Active Louisiana LSRTBE radiation therapy license\n • Active AHA BLS certification\n • Experience operating Trilogy and/or TrueBeam equipment\n \n Benefits include Day 1 medical, dental and vision insurance, license reimbursement, travel discounts, dedicated recruiter support and a referral bonus of up to $700.\n About Uniti Med\n \n Uniti Med meticulously matches your talents to our open needs to ensure the ultimate travel experience.
