You will lead exciting continuous improvement projects in various technological areas, tackling challenges that will push the boundaries of efficiency and quality within our manufacturing processes.* **Innovative Environment**: Work alongside a dedicated team of engineers in an organization that values cutting-edge technology and continuous improvement.* **Impactful Work**: Your contributions will directly influence our manufacturing capability, product quality, and operational efficiency.* **Career Advancement**: Develop your expertise and leadership skills while supporting impactful capital projects aligned with our business strategy.**Key Responsibilities:*** Drive improvement initiatives for Cyrel(R) manufacturing processes, enhancing capabilities, reliability, and production efficiency.* Lead and participate in global project management improvement projects that transform our manufacturing landscape.* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major process deviations, ensuring our operations remain on track.* Provide technical guidance to process engineers for day-to-day operations and empower them to tackle challenges effectively.* Initiate mid- to long-term capital projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and drive operational success.* Collaborate closely on new product and process development, contributing valuable manufacturing insights during the project phases.* Lead the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) elements to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (higher degrees a plus).* Over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on process improvement.* Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Salesforce, and process improvement tools (e.g., TrakSYS, IP21, LIMS, JMP, Minitab).* Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification (preferred).* Lean or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.* Prior experience leading teams is preferred.* Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.**Join Us!**If you are driven by innovation and improvement and want to be part of a global leader in packaging solutions, then we want to hear from you!
