Informatica Lead - Hybrid

Job Description

The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Informatica, SQL Server, and Netezza with proven technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is a plus. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and drive execution from requirements through production deployment.Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of data integration and analytics initiatives, from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, release, and production stabilization.
Lead and coordinate offshore development teams; establish clear priorities, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items while communicating status and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on support to development team members.
Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ETL, data integration, data warehousing, or analytics.
3+ years of technical leadership and offshore team coordination.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
Experience with IBM Netezza, dimensional modeling, batch processing, and data quality.
Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and Agile/SDLC experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
