Position Overview The primary role of the registered nurse supervisor is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans, administer medications, follow up with families, and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while maintaining compliance with current federal, state, and company regulations. Qualifications Effective communication, excellent customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills. 1‑3 years of nursing supervisor experience in a post‑acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC, or hospital preferred. Nursing degree or completion of an approved RN program. Active registered nurse license in the state of California. Successful completion of a background check, pre‑employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
