CNA Swing - LTC/SNF Job Title: CNA Swing Profession: CNA (Nurse Aide) Specialty: CNA Swing - LTC/SNF Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days eow, days, first to float, 7-3 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Direct patient care experience, medical floor nursing experience Description: No clinical involvement. Common diagnoses/types of patients: dementia, pneumonia. Experience required: 2 years. Previous travel experience required. Charge Nurse available on each shift. Shifts & Scheduling: 8-hour shifts. Self-scheduling and block scheduling allowed when able. Weekend Requirements: every other weekend. Holiday Requirements: every other holiday. No call or standby requirement. No floating requirements. Scrub color/dress code: scrubs, no specific color. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved. Charting System: EPIC. BSN Required: False. Trauma Level: CAH. Care Setting: Acute. Division: Nursing. Shift Notes: eow, days, first to float, 7-3, 72 hours per 2 weeks; 5 shifts one week, and 4 the next.
