Manager, Talent Acquisition (Las Vegas office)

The Role We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition who is passionate about attracting and identifying top industry talent while inspiring others around them. In this role, you will work across construction operations sectors focused on recruiting talent, developing effective sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire, and managing best‑in‑class candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. You will maintain consultative relationships with internal teams and hiring managers. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from Talent Acquisition phone screen to offer accepted. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Partner with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements. Provide hiring teams with critical information needed to assess and hire the best talent, developing strong opinions backed by data and insights. Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, leveraging technology and the internal sourcing engine. Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for future needs, preserve ATS data integrity, and proactively share data‑centric updates with stakeholders. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross‑functional stakeholders internally. Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process. Deliver against aspirational hiring goals to provide consistent results and measurable progress in our growth environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3–5 years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience. AEC industry experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence. Willingness and ability to provide best‑in‑class customer service. High sense of urgency. Experience in dealing professionally with outside search firms. Extreme detail‑orientation. Team player and collaborative. Positive attitude. Working Conditions Typical duties include sitting for long periods, using a keyboard, telephone, or writing. Occasionally standing, walking, and reaching. Requires close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level, with some job site walking. Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position (Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner) in US‑NV‑Las Vegas is between $85,000 and $120,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is a component of Suffolk’s total compensation package.
