- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Schedule: Up to 28 hours per week for approximately 14 weeks
- Preferred Coverage Hours: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Evening availability is required
- In-person position in Laramie, WY
As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as the voice of an important survey project by:
- Making outbound calls to participants
- Conducting standardized hunting-related surveys
- Accurately entering survey responses into company software
- Following scripts and project guidelines
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality during every interaction
- Meeting daily call and survey completion goals
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to stay focused and work independently
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous customer service, call center, reception, or phone-based experience is a plus, but not required
