Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to deploy and manage software settings. Adhere to change processes and governance to minimize risks and ensure a stable desktop environment. Provide level 3 operational support to resolve technology-related incidents. Apply industry best practices and procedures to enhance end-user technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues. Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues. Develop and maintain documentation related to desktop infrastructure and processes. Collaborate closely with business partners to understand complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions, ensuring project needs are met. Design client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents covering areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance. Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment, supporting team members in resolving organizational, operational, and process problems. Skills and Experience Required Required: 7+ years of experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing desktop environments. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills. Extensive experience in managing desktop environments, strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
