Automotive Sales Consultant# Automotive Sales ConsultantHot JobRairdons Kia - Burlington, WA 98233## OverviewSalary Range$40,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/year## Description**AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT****Rairdon’s Kia – Burlington, WA****Rairdon’s Kia** is currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team! **Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross and 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan.****60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan!** Continuous free training in sales and leadership.
