Qualifications/Preferred Qualifications

Working multi-module and multi-vendor environment

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

Experience with both manual and automated testing, including the use of testing tools

Coordination of cross-functional testing

Development of integrated master test plan

Requirements traceability

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Knowledge of testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

Medicaid/healthcare (strongly preferred)

Familiarity with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and framework (strongly preferred)

State government/public sector (preferred)

Project/program management certification (preferred)

ISTQB certified tester – advanced level or equivalent certification (preferred)

Project management professional (PMP)® certification (preferred)

JIRA configuration and administration (preferred)

Facilitation (preferred)

Knowledge and experience with Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, health claims payment and processing, population health management, or other similar areas Highly desired
