About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Hospitality Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This fully remote position will focus on analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction across various hospitality ventures. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various hospitality sources (e.g., occupancy rates, guest feedback, F&B performance, operational costs). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments and properties. Identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization, providing data-driven recommendations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare presentations and reports for management, clearly communicating findings and proposed solutions. Collaborate with operational teams remotely to gather data and implement recommendations. Develop and refine analytical models to forecast performance and predict operational needs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all analysis processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in hospitality analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong understanding of hospitality operations and key performance indicators. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
