The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety in our facility. This role requires a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, electrical, and plumbing with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments to machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to understand system operations and repair requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs completed, and equipment status.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate activities and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
