Gastroenterology Opportunity in Greater Boston (Chelmsford, MA)Join a well-established private practice GI group of four physicians and five APPs, supported by a strong referral base and modern facilities. This position offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in.About the Opportunity:Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Endoscopy hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.Single-site practice: All clinic work based in Chelmsford; no travel between locationsOffice visits: ~24 patients per dayProcedures: ~14 cases per dayWell-defined call rotation: 1:14 shared call / inpatient service line at one hospital onlyAncillaries & Clinical Resources: Comprehensive in-house ancillaries including infusion services, pathology, clinical laboratory, FibroScan, diagnostic ultrasound, breath testing, PillCam, and anorectal & esophageal manometry.Clinical research program with opportunities for physician participationCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structurePartnership Compensation - over $750,000Clear path to ASC Ownership and additional income streamSigning BonusRelocation Assistance and additional onboarding bonuses availableFellowship stipend available for PGY5 & PGY6 GI FellowsCompany-paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverageCME AllowanceTransition Bonus: upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician401(k) with profit sharingMedical, Dental, Vision, and FSA optionsShort- and Long-term disabilityPaid holidays, Paid time offGastro Health is an extensive and diverse group of professionals dedicated to digestive and liver health.
