Setting: Cath Lab & IR (Cost Center 133) suites/labs
Pay Range: $106.00/hr (Discuss with Recruiter)
Schedule: 40 hours per week 0700-1530 (Mon–Fri) & Weekend Rotation 0700-0700 (Sat/Sun) (Floating to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IVs; call Mon–Fri 1530-0700; holidays covered by call 7-7 call)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Cath Lab/IR as an RN

• Qualified applicants MUST have BLS and ACLS (CV-invasive/Cath Lab support). Must have a WV RN license.

• ACLS required; BLS required.

• Valid RN license

• Be willing to obtain State licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, you’ll support daily Cath Lab & IR suite operations as part of a 3-man team (2 RN & 1 tech), prepare for and assist with adult cardiac cases, and maintain readiness during call, weekend coverage, and holiday call schedules.

• Assist the Cath Lab team in supporting invasive procedures and patient care while following unit workflow for Cath Lab & IR (2 RN & 1 tech team model).

• Use clinical competency in BLS/ACLS-required patient management during Cath Lab cases and high-acuity transitions as needed by the schedule/flow of the day.

• Coordinate documentation and communication using EMR systems including Epic & Dynamics, and stay prepared for common Cath Lab/IR adult cardiac interventions (PCI, devices, IABP/IVUS familiarity as applicable to unit needs).
