Trade Sales Representative

Location: Field-Based | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: 70K+Commission (High Earning Potential)

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Trade Sales Representative to grow our B2B presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors and architects to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors
• Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
• Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
• Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
• Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
• Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with builders, contractors, or in home improvement
• Confidence presenting to individuals or small groups
• Ability to influence and close with a consultative approach
• High energy, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership

• Field-based role (job sites, client locations, showroom)
• Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
• Active, hands-on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $70,000 guaranteed base salary during your first twelve months to support your ramp-up and business development efforts
• Additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance
• A structured ramp program designed to help you build your pipeline and customer base successfully
• Transition into a performance-driven compensation structure with strong, uncapped earning potential

Long-Term Earning Potential:

• Potential to earn $100K+ by Year 3
• Over 50% of team earns six figures
• Top 1/3 earn $130K+ , with top performers exceeding $200K
