Retail Sales Associate

Hourly Pay $18.82 – $24.00, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law. Monthly incentive opportunity: average $162–$389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance. Schedule Store hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM; Saturday, 9AM to 1PM. 37.5‑hour work week. No late nights. No Sundays. Work‑Life Balance Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year. What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products. Assist customers with travel planning, including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day. Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed. Location 2231 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA 22314 What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and explain value clearly. Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment. Previous sales experience (preferred). Basic geography knowledge (preferred). Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment. Successful pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor‑specific screenings.
