What You'll Be Doing As a BOH/Prep Cook at Umaya Ramen LLC, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing ingredients and ensuring they are ready for daily service. Following recipes and maintaining consistency in food quality. Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Assisting the kitchen team with various tasks to support smooth operations. Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience for our guests. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role. A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
