Required Skills: Valid MN medical license or IMLC certification Board certification in Oncology and Hematology Extensive experience and comfort with inpatient malignant medical oncology and hematology consults Ability to manage 20-25 patients daily, including special procedures for malignant and benign cases Strong leadership skills to supervise Advanced Practice Providers Exceptional clinical judgment and documentation skills for same-day inpatient and outpatient care Ability to handle hospital-based responsibilities efficiently and effectively Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, or Mercy Hospital Familiarity with hospital privileges and multi-site practice operations Experience with complex oncology treatments and procedures Comfortable with overnight call from home and minimal call volume Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Board-certified in Oncology and Hematology Proven experience in a hospital inpatient setting with leadership responsibilities Relevant certifications and licensure, with ongoing commitment to professional development Other Requirements: MN license or IMLC certification required Credentialing approximately 90 days Availability to start ASAP Willingness to travel or cover multiple hospital sites if needed Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Take the next step in your oncology career and apply now to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals.
