There will also be external reporting requirements and oversight of invoicing process. You will report to the Controller, APX Projects North America and EMEA, and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters or Waltz Mill-Madison, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.Key Responsibilities:Provide financial oversight and decision support to the Project Director and APX Finance Management teamPartner with Project Management and Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting for the Project and work with General Accounting (GAC) and Financial Controls to ensure reporting and compliance with policiesCoordinate with your team in other finance teams (e.g. APX Ops Finance) for overall Project financial management and oversightProvide periodic reporting to all partners to ensure compliance with requirements and timely funding of projectEstablish and oversee invoicing process compliant with Westinghouse internal controls and procedures and contractual requirementsLead development, preparation and delivery of the annual business planLead the monthly closing, forecasting and reporting processes for the project including preparation and delivery of reports, analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identify main variances and trends and propose appropriate actionsRecommend and review accounting entries for Income Statement and Balance Sheet accountsQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years broad based finance experience, 10+ years typical Knowledge of accounting theory, generally accepted accounting principles, internal control procedures, financial concepts (including financial planning techniques) Experience in SAP, BPC, Business WarehouseThe base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.Why Westinghouse?
