About the Role Base Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Location: 9359 Laredo Ave. Suite 130, Fort Myers, FL 33905 Schedule: 1st shift, 40 hours per week, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm About the Role: Are you someone who enjoys staying active and working in a hands‑on environment? What We’re Looking For & Position Requirements Must be 21 or older Hold a valid driver’s license; at least one year of U.S.–based driving experience Motor vehicle permits: Michigan – Chauffeur’s license; Missouri – Class E license Must complete a criminal background check, DOT physical, and 3‑year motor vehicle report Ability to handle physical tasks daily: lift 70 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally Comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus) Team player with strong work ethic Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus What You’ll Do Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks & sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting Operate material‑handling equipment: cherry picker, forklift, and walkie‑rider (training provided) Why You’ll Love It Opportunity to increase base pay as soon as you’ve completed six months of employment Monthly incentive bonus based on individual contribution and warehouse team performance Career development: training and advancement in logistics and operations Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k contribution, paid time off, employee referral program Active work environment; get paid to move Supportive team: people who value hard work and reliability Other Benefits The total compensation package may include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
