Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry (Crystal Lake, IL) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. In the near future, we would hope to build up this schedule to become full-time (potentially 4 or 5 days per week)!

Office Hours:

• Monday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Crystal Lake)
• Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Crystal Lake)
• Potential for more hours in the near FUTURE!

Compensation:

• $40-60+ /hr plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan
• Competitive pay and incentives, including a sign-on bonus available

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
• Anesthetic Certification
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
