Fleet Manager - Small Fleet

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance
Manage vehicle and trailer maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance to minimize downtime
Schedule drivers efficiently while balancing workload and availability
Monitor overall fleet performance, including utilization, costs, safety, and reliability
Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of fleet operations

Ideal Candidate

Experience managing or coordinating a small-to-midsize fleet (trucking, logistics, or similar preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking
Self-motivated and comfortable working with limited oversight
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Marianna area as needed
