Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking experienced Registered Nurse with telemetry specialization to provide patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, adaptability, and adherence to safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs as prescribed.
• Utilize telemetry system to continuously observe cardiac patients and identify abnormal rhythms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and document progress accurately.
• Adhere to facility protocols and compliance standards to maintain patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency in using telemetry monitoring systems and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to recognize abnormal cardiac activity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
