Global Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Global Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee complex post-sale programs for enterprise customers, ensuring implementations, governance, and success planning are executed smoothly from kickoff through adoption. The position partners closely with customer leaders, internal delivery teams, and commercial stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, urgency, and long-term value. It also serves as a key bridge between Professional Services, Customer Success, Account teams, and Product Management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee post-sale activities for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation and support Develop and execute governance, change management, and success plans in partnership with customer leaders Act as a diplomatic partner to enhance customer experience and drive urgency in service delivery Collaborate with enterprise account executives to grow customer accounts and ensure satisfaction Support the creation of customer experience proposals leveraging subject matter expertise Coordinate Professional Services and Customer Success activities to maximize customer value and advocacy Engage with Product Management to align customer needs with product development Qualifications 10+ years of client-facing implementation or program leadership experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology Deep understanding of R&D processes and scientific concepts, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams to deliver transformational change Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise SaaS deployments, including project financials and reporting Strong interpersonal skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with accountability without authority BS or advanced degree in a relevant life science field preferred Benefits Flexible hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration three days a week Opportunity to mentor and coach cross-functional teams Engagement with top-tier biopharma companies, enhancing professional growth Contribution to a profitable services business without compromising quality Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
