A healthcare facility in Westerville, OH is seeking a Pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience to work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. This travel opportunity offers the chance to utilize and expand your skills in a clinical inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and manage pharmaceutical care for hospital patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Cover weekends and evening shifts as part of varied scheduling, typically 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), primarily EPIC
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing for vancomycin and manage warfarin therapy

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management
• Familiarity with Epic Willow Inpatient EMR is preferred but not required
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Varied shifts, typical 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required, hours may vary

This position is a 13-week travel assignment starting October 13th. Candidates should be flexible and willing to engage in travel for the duration of the contract.
