Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Facilities Manager in New Castle, IN to oversee all activities of the Facilities Department. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving overall efficiencies in production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in Engineering and at least five years of management experience in a related field.
