SVP Cybersecurity

Job Reference: 6074 Overview This is a senior cybersecurity leadership role with a hands-on focus. The VP level position leads the technical security operations team and is responsible for implementing and optimizing security controls across cloud and on-prem infrastructure, driving threat detection, red teaming, vulnerability management, and automation across the environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical security operations team, with hands-on involvement in security design and execution. Implement and optimize security controls across cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Drive threat detection, red teaming, vulnerability management, and automation efforts across the environment. Qualifications 10+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on technical security operations, threat hunting, and red teaming Strong experience implementing controls aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK Proficiency with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and tools like Metasploit, Kali Linux, and BloodHound Deep understanding of cloud security in Azure and AWS, and experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines You must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be eligible for this position 3 days a week on-site in Downtown Los Angeles, CA; relocation within the United States may be required At least 3 years of managerial or above leadership experience Compensation Total Compensation: $340K-$390K #J-18808-Ljbffr Tiro Security
