Distribution Center Supervisor – Southwest Metro Atlanta (Direct Hire)

Innovative Resource Solutions is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a warehouse team at an established distribution operation in the South Fulton area.

Compensation & Schedule

$69,000–$76,000 annual salary
First shift: 7:00 AM start, end time varies with business needs
Full benefits package

What You'll Do

Lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates through receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping
Set daily priorities and keep the team on track against productivity, quality, and safety KPIs
Coach, train, and hold team members accountable
Report operational results to leadership and help improve processes and procedures
Keep the facility safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant
Work closely with other departments to keep orders moving

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
2+ years of supervising a team of 5 or more associates
Experience using ERP and WMS systems and working from reports to drive results
Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Forklift certification, or the ability to become certified
High school diploma or equivalent
