Hospice Administrative Assistant

To support weekend operations, the part-time Hospice Administrative Assistant will manage the daily assignments of clinical field staff, coordinate patient visits, and maintain communication with the hospice management team, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Complete daily assignment of clinical field staff and plan client visits based on staff availability Maintain mail processes and coordinate the removal of DME for patients Assist with scheduling components and prepare information for IDT meetings Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required College degree preferred At least one year of scheduling experience Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
