Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum satisfaction, stay current with product features, and maintain high visual standards. Location: Airway Heights, WA 99001 (within a mile radius of Store #721119). This is a full‑time position. Pay: $19.30 per hour. This role involves contact with customers—including minors—and handling cash and other payment methods. A criminal background review is required. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and records. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries, as needed. Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements At least 18 years of age. Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Proficient in English (reading, writing, comprehension, communication). Proficient in Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension, communication). Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer‑service position. Experience selling paint and paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
