A well-established, privately held HVAC manufacturer's representative in the St. Louis area is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to support commercial HVAC applied products across the region. What You'll Do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for commercial HVAC equipment and applied systems
• Assist customers and internal teams with equipment selection and application support
• Lead product training sessions covering equipment operation, installation, startup, and troubleshooting
• Support field service activities, including jobsite visits and corrective action recommendations
• Maintain proficiency with related HVAC controls and equipment technologies
• Partner with engineering, inside sales, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist with warranty support and technical documentation
• Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and manufacturer certifications
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional support efforts

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial HVAC experience is required
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment operation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience interpreting construction specifications, technical manuals, and equipment documentation
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and identify replacement components
• Comfortable interacting directly with contractors, engineers, and end users
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• OSHA safety training or related field safety experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed
