In this role, you'll provide essential speech and language services to students across multiple grade levels, helping individuals develop effective communication techniques that foster academic success and personal confidence. You'll be onsite, engaging directly with students and staff each day throughout the 2026-2027 school year (August through June 25).

What you'll bring:

• Current Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience or familiarity working in school-based environments
• Commitment to onsite services—remote/virtual work is not an option
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students ranging from kindergarten through high school

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating students referred for speech/language services
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and inclusion
• Keeping timely records and participating in relevant meetings
