Our team is expanding in the Florence region, and we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based care that honors the whole person. The LMFT will provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families. You will work closely with our clinical team, therapy leadership, and administrative staff to ensure clients receive high-quality care and a seamless overall experience. This is a full‑time, salaried position based in our Florence, AL outpatient clinic.
