Warehouse SupervisorEclipse Advantage is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The Warehouse Supervisor position will supervise, direct and evaluate the warehouse personnel daily to fulfill customer requirement. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.)Responsibilities and essential job functions:Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.Supervisor will relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customerMaintains employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.Responsible for operations costs: warehouse, personnel, and related expensesSchedules staff hours to align with customer requirementsReviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established proceduresDetermines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinatesExamines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policy.Supervises the completion of all housekeeping and other duties as assigned for the warehouseResponsible for all interviews, hires, and training of employees; prepares and submits all required paperwork.
