Job Description

As a Production Associate, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining picker equipment used in nonwovens manufacturing process. The role ensures raw fiber materials are properly opened, blended, and prepared to meet production specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate picker machines to open, clean, and blend fibers according to production requirements
• Load raw materials (fibers/bales) into the picker system safety
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance
• ensure proper materials flow to downstream processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

The base pay range for this position is $19.50/hourly, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
