Job Description

Join a premier academic medical center as a Travel CVOR Registered Nurse and work alongside a highly skilled cardiovascular surgical team. We're seeking experienced CVOR RNs who are confident in both scrubbing and circulating complex open-heart procedures.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel contract
• Day Shift Options:
  • 4x10s: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
  • 3x12s: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (post based on current need)
• Bi-weekly Monday orientation
• Monday–Sunday scheduling

Call Requirements

• One to two weekday call shifts (7:00 PM – 7:15 AM)
• One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
• Must be flexible to meet unit scheduling needs
• No block scheduling

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS required
• CNOR preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR/Open Heart OR experience
• Must scrub and circulate cardiovascular cases
• Prior travel experience required
• General OR experience required
• Recent Epic experience (within the past 2 years) required
• Experience in a 500+ bed academic/teaching hospital required
