Schedule Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our MS Ortho Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing, coupled with experience in managing a variety of patient conditions. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Conduct assessments and develop care plans. Manage IV therapy and various medical devices. Assist with patient education and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an orthopedic unit. Experience with Epic charting system. Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a patient ratio of 1:6. Why ARMStaffing?
