• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Coordinate with technicians to assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Generate detailed estimates and obtain customer authorization for services performed.
• Manage service orders and update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
• Maintain organized records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Promote additional services and parts sales to maximize customer satisfaction and shop revenue.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive service processes and terminology preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Competitive salary range from $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
