Mobile Commercial Tire Specialist

Do you enjoy working independently, solving problems on the go, and helping keep South Texas moving? Roadside Solutions is looking for a dependable Mobile Commercial Tire Specialist to join our growing team! As part of our mobile service crew, you'll respond to roadside calls, provide commercial tire services, and support fleet customers when they need us most - day or night. What You'll Do: Perform commercial tire repairs, replacements, mounting, and balancing on-site Operate a fully equipped service truck throughout the San Antonio area Conduct tire inspections and provide honest recommendations Complete service reports accurately and professionally Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including brake repairs, oil changes, fluid checks, battery replacements, and other mechanical repairs as needed Follow all company safety procedures and assist with other duties assigned by management Schedule Requirements: Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Includes a two-week paid training period on day shift with an experienced team member before transitioning to independent night shift responsibilities What We're Looking For: Experience in commercial tire service, automotive repair, or a related mechanical field preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required) Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Why Join Roadside Solutions?
