• Collaborative and Supportive Environment:
  • Three in-house OB/GYN hospitalists available on shift 24/7.
  • A Certified Nurse Midwife is always present to assist.
  • Close collaboration with specialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology.
  • A collegial atmosphere where teamwork enhances patient outcomes.
  • Consistent and predictable scheduling with multiple OB/GYN hospitalists on duty each shift.

• Labor & Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives, supporting a busy, high-acuity labor and delivery unit.
• OBED / Triage:
  • Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and manage unassigned patients as necessary.
• Surgical & Procedural Care:
  • Conduct gynecological procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.
• High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts with a night differential).
• Full-time equivalent: 13 shifts every 28 days.
• Compensation:
  • 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000
  • 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000
  • Additional productivity bonuses available.
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000.
  • Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month.
  • Forgivable loan of up to $200,000.
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
